As a result of exciting business development in Poland, and as a result of an internal promotion, we wish to strengthen our team with the position ofLOGISTICS COORDINATOR WARSAWResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Coordinator (LC) is the key-player in many Logistics Processes and is involved in almost all phases of the inventory flow. The LC will be responsible for the sourcing and ordering of service logistics spare parts inventory for NCR field service engineers across Poland. The LC will coordinate the delivery of parts to pre determined destinations within the agreed customer service level agreements and is also responsible for the coordination of used/unused inventory being returned by the field engineers back into a central location. The LC will need to understand Customer needs and NCR's contractual commitment to both our Internal and external customers. The LC will also liaise with 3rd party providers, and will be responsible for ensuring that these suppliers deliver on time. This position is based in Poland and will report into Order Management in Eurocentral, Scotland. Therefore it is vital that the candidates have the ability to work without close supervision.Main Duties :

To ensure incoming parts requests are accepted, parts sourced and order is transacted and delivered in a timely manner or within expected delivery targets. Source parts from optimum locations to keep backorders to a minimum Control costs by applying same-day courier criteria To maintain communications with Service Coordinators and provide regular progress updates on all work order issues. To process Polish engineers’ parts from In Transit receiving status to Engineers warehouse stock to ensure accurate stock records for part usage are kept by updating work orders’ status To track and trace parts in the distribution process Manage open In Transits and prevent them from aging, by resolving issues and inform the necessary parties To communicate effectively to ensure the site collections by 3rd Party carriers are arranged efficiently. To register quality issues regarding parts deliveries To ensure Eurocentral Order Management are kept informed of any issues

Education and Background

Educated to college level or equivalent Fluent written and spoken Polish mandatory Good written and spoken English mandatory Computer and numerical literacy required Ability to work autonomously is expected Must be prepared to work a flexible work pattern
